Darts Exhibitions are quite often used as fundraising events, and fall into 3 categories, profitable, very profitable, and very-very profitable, it’s all down to the organisation. There’s a number of ways you can ensure your event is a roaring success;

• The local newspaper will always be keen to give FREE editorial to your event, after all, you are bringing one of the World’s top Darts players to the area, invite their photographer to the event to take some pictures (more FREE publicity afterwards)

• Contact your local radio station, would they want a pre-event interview? (no problem, we will happily oblige) offer a ticket to play a leg against Adrian in a competition in either the press or radio, guaranteed repeat FREE advertising.

• Auction a leg on Ebay, and then contact the press to advertise this unique idea.

• Sell admission tickets for the event, obviously based on the capacity of your venue, don’t scare your customers off with overpriced tickets as there’s lots of other opportunities to make money from them at the event.

• Sell raffle tickets to play against Adrian

• Sell raffle tickets for the event raffle, with raffle prizes to be sponsored by local companies who in return would receive acknowledgement.

• Approach local companies to sponsor the whole event, in return a table at the front, table advertisement, an advert in the event programme, banners displayed on the night. Play a leg(s) against Adrian

• Memorabilia Auction – We can arrive with authentic memorabilia to auction at the event, Pop, Football, Darts, Boxing, all with Certificate of Authenticity and where possible photographic proof

THE EXHIBITION

TEAM LEWIS ON TOUR a complete FUN-EVENT, we are fully self contained and can arrive with free standing mobile Darts exhibition unit, Electronic scoring system which is ideal to entertain in a venue without it’s own Dartboard. We have our own 3000 watt Bose sound system, the walk on music, totally equipped with radio, headset and lapel microphones. We start with background music for guests upon arrival, the early side of the evening is light hearted fun and is aimed to break the ice with the audience entertained by Paul, a few spot prizes, giveaways, and settle everyone into the event.

Adrian starts the Darts exhibition to your required format in any number of ways, winners of a local competition, local Darts players, raffle ticket winners at the event are a number of options for players, we also offer prizes and incentives to anyone hitting a 180, or beating Adrian in a leg of Darts, usually 701 to 0….. to stretch the length of the event further is the norm. A number of Adrian Lewis merchandise are always available at the event, including the all-new Unicorn Adrian Lewis Darts. We are able to arrive with additional professional Darts players to add to the event or even hold an on stage head to head Darts match as a finale to the exhibition. Adrian is always very keen to interact with the audience, and will happily oblige for pictures and autographs, questions are always welcomed throughout the event and time is always made for a full on question and answer session. Paul is MC – Caller for the full event and it’s his job to add some fun to the exhibition with some audience banter, a few wise cracks, and to keep the audience entertained.

PRESENTATION EVENTS

We are able to totally host your presentation event, Paul can act as MC, Adrian can present the prizes, followed by a Darts exhibition if required, Paul can also host any raffles and is a master at squeezing those extra bids out of your audience on the auctions.

COST

This depends on a number of factors, if, what, where, when, why and who, the venue, the times, the distance, etc.
